RECEPTION/ADMIN JOB DESCRIPTION JANUARY 2012:

The ROLE: Office Reception/Administrator

This is a role within a small team of a busy media technology company in central London. The primary focus of this position will be to provide administrative support and day to day co-ordination of the office whilst also acting as a first port of call to clients. Would suit a first or second job.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and directing telephone calls. • Petty cash and basic cash/cheque management. • Managing the distribution of post and ordering couriers. • Ordering stationery supplies and general administrative duties. • Some PA duties such as diary management, expenses, etc.

The CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the following:

• A friendly but organised manner • Graduate preferred • Well presented • Proficient in all regular office computer programs. • Reception experience would be helpful but is not essential. • A willingness to learn about the activities of the business in the media technology
